How much is shipping?
Orders of $160.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below $160.00 are charged a fixed shipping fee of $15.00 at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 1-3 business days. Transit normally takes 3-8 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 4-11 business days.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or addresses outside the US Lower 48.
Can I return an item?
Eligible return requests may be made within 30 business days after delivery. The item must be in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Do I need authorization before returning an item?
Yes. Contact info@zorventhynis.com first to request an RMA. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Leaves, stems, and grass plumes may shift during transit. Light arranging after unpacking can help the item match the intended display shape.
