Zorventhynis accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. The item must be in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
RMA Required
Contact info@zorventhynis.com before sending any return. You must receive an RMA before mailing the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Items may not be eligible for return if they are used, opened, missing packaging, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required authorization.
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase if the order has not entered shipping preparation. If the order has already moved forward, the standard return process applies.
Inspection and Refund Timing
After an authorized return is received, review may take 1-3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank posting time may take 2-12 business days.
Fees
The restocking fee is $0.00. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is caused by an approved order issue.
